REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY (IMPORTANT)
Due to the nature of personalized coaching services, refunds are governed by the following policy:
7-Day Refund Window (Pre-Activation Only)
You are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that coaching has not yet begun.
Coaching is considered “activated” when any of the following occurs:
You submit your food log
You initiate Voxer communication
You receive individualized feedback or coaching support
Your 7-day coaching period officially begins (as communicated via email or Voxer)
No Refunds After Activation
Once coaching has been activated for any reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage level, participation, or personal circumstances.
By purchasing, You acknowledge and agree that activation of the 7-day coaching period immediately voids any refund eligibility.
CHARGEBACKS
You agree to attempt resolution directly with Company prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of all materials. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of service delivery and acceptance of these Terms.
